Jennifer Margolies is a Case Manager and IRS Enrolled Agent at Margolies Law Office, a Dallas tax firm, where she has helped individuals and businesses work through IRS matters since 2015.
As a federally licensed Enrolled Agent, a credential granted by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Jennifer is authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service in audits, collection matters, and appeals to the same extent as an attorney or a CPA. Jennifer earned her Enrolled Agent credential in 2014 and holds a bachelor’s degree earned in 2004.
As Case Manager, Jennifer is often a client’s first point of contact. She guides taxpayers through the IRS process, keeps cases moving, prepares and organizes documentation, and communicates directly with clients and the IRS on their behalf.
Outside the office, Jennifer is a mother of two who delivers meals to sick and needy members of her community several times a year and volunteers her time as an interior designer. She enjoys cross-country skiing, hiking, and interior design.
